| Pear-Cilantro Margarita |

oz. reposado tequila
- 1
oz. pear nectar
1/2 oz. simple syrup

- 1/2
oz. fresh lime juice
- 1
1/2 oz.fresh lemon juice
- 1/2
tsp. chopped cilantro
1 sprig cilantro for garnish |
| Fill shaker with ice. Add
all of the remaining ingredients except for the cilantro sprig
and shake well. Pour into a chilled margarita glass and garnish
with cilantro. |

oz. reposado tequila
1/3 cup triple sec |
- 4
cups ice
- 4
oz. fresh orange juice
- 4
oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. tabasco

| Moisten the outer rim of 6
margarita glasses with the lime wedge and coat lightly with
chili powder. In a blender, combine frozen limeade, tequila,
triple sec, ice and blend well. Stir in the orange juice, lime
juice and tabasco sauce. Pour the drinks into the prepared. |

| Moisten
the outer rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and salt.
Fill shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients
except for the curucao and lime whell and shake well. Strain
into martini glass, add the curucao and garnish with lime wheel. |
