The grapes used for Cīroc vodka are "snap frost" grapes; Mauzac Blanc from the Gaillac region of France, and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region. The juice extracted from these grapes is cold fermented.

Although all vodka is distilled, the manufacturers of Cīroc vodka emphasize that theirs is distilled five times. The first four distillations of the Ugni Blanc take place in stainless steel column stills; the Mauzac Blanc grapes are distilled in copper continuous stills. These are distilled as far as 96.5% and 93.5%, then blended together 95% being Ugni Blanc and 5% Mauzac Blanc. The final distillation is performed in a traditional Armagnac style copper pot still.

Earl Little became one of the first African Americans to promote the brand in the USA during 2003, in line with Diageo's intended targeting of the brand to a more "urban" clientele. The brand was introduced to audiences at various nightclubs and venues throughout the USA with popular urban celebrities in cities such as Atlanta and Miami. In 2007, Sean "Diddy" Combs agreed to become a celebrity endorser for the product. In December 2007, the commercial for Cīroc had Sean Combs calling Cīroc the "Official Vodka of New Year's." Diddy appears alongside Chester French and Jadakiss on the track "Ciroc Star" which can be found on Chester French's mixtape, Jacques Jams Volume 1: Endurance.

Ciroc "the art of French grapes"

CĪROC COSMOPOLITAN
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz FRESH Lime Juice
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CĪROC GRAPE-TINI
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
2 oz White Grape Juice
Prepare rim of glass with white grape sugar. Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a frozen grape.

CĪROC BLUE OCEAN
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1 oz Blue Curaēao
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a white orchid.

CĪROC DU SOLEIL
1 1/4 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1 oz Orange Juice
Splash of Grand Marnier
Splash of 7-Up
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

CĪROC FROSTY GRAPE-TINI
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Red Grape Juice
Splash of Blue Curaēao
Prepare rim of glass with purple grape sugar. Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

CĪROC ‘n’ ROLL
2 1/2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1 oz Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz Energy Drink
Garnish with a lemon twist.

PEACH BLOSSOM
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1 oz Peach Puree
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a peach slice.

FRENCH FLY
2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
3 oz Moėt & Chandon
Nectar Impérial
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Splash of Grand Marnier
Fill shaker with Cīroc, Grand Marnier, and lemon juice. Shake with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Moėt & Chandon. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CHARD-TINI
1 1/2 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
1 1/2 oz Chardonnay
Splash of Peach Schnapps
Light Splash of Apple Schnapps
Shake and top with lemon-lime soda.

CĪROC SANGRIA
Serves 8
1 Bottle Rosé Wine
6 oz Cīroc Snap Frost Vodka
3 oz Grand Marnier
2 oz White Grape Juice
2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Pomegranate Juice
3 oz Strained Orange Juice
Blackberries, Raspberries or Huckleberries
Club Soda
Add all ingredients except club soda to a large pitcher, half-filled with ice (mixture should be light pink). Pour into long-stem wine glasses over small amount of fresh ice and top each glass with about 1/2 oz of club soda.
